Will Stein has certainly talked the talk since landing his first head coaching job in Lexington. And, on the recruiting trail, he's more than walking the walk. After landing four-star defensive lineman Elijah Brown just yesterday, Coach Stein added another 4-star talent to the cupboard with Iveon Lewis.

Lewis committed to Kentucky, per Hayes Fawcett, over South Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia Tech, among others. Stein isn't afraid to get into a messy recruiting battle when he has a name circled therein.

The Cats' newest receiver is a beast on the outside, bringing an explosive and dynamic 6-foot-2 frame that should help further Stein's aggressive offensive agenda.

Iveon Lewis is Stein's Latest Stud

When Coach Stein took over, he made a point that high school recruiting would be the lifeblood of the program. Nothing that he has done so far has been able to dispute that. After Lewis committed today, that makes five 4-star talents already committed to Lexington, including the No. 2 quarterback in the country, Jake Nawrot.

As Stein continues to battle on the recruiting trail for additional talent, the BBN would do well to hone in on his latest pickup, in Lewis. He's got an extremely high ceiling and should have the perfect opportunity to grow into that under Stein and offensive coordinator Joe Sloan.

In both his sophomore and junior seasons, Lewis has averaged over 23 yards per catch. Andrew Ivins, Director of Scouting for 247sports, said that Lewis is a "powerful big-play receiver that can stress defenses vertically and horizontally," and that he "aces the eye-test..."

Lewis' size allows him to go up and make catches over defenders, and his physical strength lends him the ability to shed tackles and turn short passes into long gains.

Kentucky has a handful of elite players on the outside and one of the best high school prospects in the country under center - the offense is in good hands, to say the least. What a time it is to be a Kentucky Football fan. All hands are in the middle for the Will Stein era.
