The Windsor Star has a strong article about JUCO transfer and Kentucky commit, Mychal Mulder. It was one that got me a little more excited about seeing him in a Kentucky uniform.

"When he walked into Rupp Arena, Mulder fought the urge to allow his jaw to fall agape. It’s just business, he thought over and over again.“I was treating it more as a business trip,” said Mulder, the former Catholic Central Comets star who recently signed a letter of intent to play college basketball for the eight-time NCAA champion Kentucky Wildcats.“I didn’t want to get too caught up in the hype of the whole thing. I knew there was going to be a lot of hype behind it. I really just wanted to make a decision kind of with a business state of mind and not really emotionally.” Randy Mulder hears the glee in his son’s voice every time they speak to each other.“He calls me almost every day and says, ‘Dad, it’s like a dream,’” Randy Mulder said. “‘I can’t believe that it’s true.’”Everyone, it seems, is talking about Mulder and the impact he’ll have at Kentucky.Dick Vitale, the Don Cherry of college basketball, tweeted about how lucky Calipari was to acquire Mulder, a shooting guard who hit 46.4 per cent from three-point range this season for Vincennes University, a junior college in Indiana.“Just a couple of months ago we were watching the (NCAA) tournament before I had the interest from Kentucky,” Mulder recalled. “I just remember telling my friends that it’s always been a dream of mine to have Dick Vitale talk about me on one of these games.“I always listen to him talk and it was a dream of mine to have him talk about my game on TV or anything like that. That was really exciting for me to see that on Twitter.“That was really cool.”"

He seems to have the personality it takes to be a great addition for the Wildcats this upcoming season. Not to mention his 3-point shooting is one of the strongest in the country.

George Asafo-Adjei is considered to be one of the Top SEC Freshmen from the spring according to Greg Ostendorf, SEC Reporter for ESPN.

"OL George Asafo-Adjei, Kentucky: At 6-foot-5, 315 pounds, Asafo-Adjei is not your typical freshman. He can bench press 410 pounds, clean 325 pounds and squat more than 600 pounds. The coaches have been raving about him since he first arrived in January. Playing time is usually rare for freshmen offensive linemen, but Asafo-Adjei is considered one of the “top five, six, seven guys on the O-line,” per coach Mark Stoops, and has a chance to start at right tackle."
