In a strange turn of events, Kentucky football is expected to flip wide receiver Cameron Miller from Wisconsin. This prediction was made only minutes after it was announced that Kentucky would be losing wide receiver coach Dakail Shorts Jr. to Nebraska. This turnabout only shows how crazy the recruiting and college football world can be now.

There are already three crystal balls in for Miller to come to Kentucky from 24/7 Sports and a few more from On3.com, but both list Dakail Shorts Jr. as his primary recruiter. It's a strange series of events, but it does appear that Miller is going to be headed to Kentucky to play under Mark Stoops and Bush Hamdan.

Miller decommitted today from Wisconsin with a note posted on X that reads, "I would like to thank Coach Fickell, Coach Guiton, and Coach Longo for believing me and giving me the opportunity to play at the next level. After talking with my family. I've decided to decommit from the University of Wisconsin."

The Kentucky Wildcats' recruiting class has taken some serious hits the last few days after the Wildcats' season came to a close. They lost one of their top recruits, Marquise Davis, one of the best running backs in the 2025 class. They also lost offensive tackle Tucker Kattus (brother of current Kentucky player Josh Kattus). This dropped the Wildcats from a top-25 class down to 30, and many are expecting it to change some more.

If Miller does choose to become a Wildcat like the experts are suggesting, he will help bolster a WR room that has lost two to the transfer portal (Barion Brown and Ja'Mori Maclin), and now also the main WR coach in Dakail Shorts Jr. Miller is a 3-star receiver with nearly a 4-star grade according to 24/7 sports.
