Everyone team doing their best to try and beat the mold when it comes to announcing their schedules these days. A ton of teams have found creative outlets for this suddenly popular fad, but Kentucky Basketball may have just won out among them all.
The men's basketball profile on X revealed their full SEC schedule by partnering with the famed NBA Paint account, taking a few shots at the conference rivals throughout by way of this hilarious art style.

Am I the only one bothered by the tongue being left out of the classic Wildcat logo? Either way, I'll let it slide for what feels like a fun break from the constant conference bickering that generally takes place on social media.
Especially so, because it helps distract from an expectedly challenging slate.
The Typical Brutality of the SEC
Starting off with the two-game-teams, Kentucky will play Tennessee, Vanderbilt, and Ole miss twice a piece; one at home and one on the road.
Seeing the Rebels on there twice is a surprise; just two years ago, the SEC essentially admitted that it was a mistake to schedule Kentucky just once against a major conference rival in Florida. Now, not only is that the case once more (we'll get to that), but the two-game replacement is Ole Miss?
That should be easier, sure (though it's dangerous to count your hoops before they hatch in the SEC), but ease is rarely at the front of any fan's mind. Still, the home slate isn't so bad.
A More Favorable Home Slate
It isn't so bad in that the majority of the SEC's juggernauts are being forced to come to Rupp Arena for each of their one-time Kentucky matchups. If we have to play the likes of Alabama, Arkansas, and Texas A&M, we'd much prefer to handle that business at home.
On the road is where the aforementioned Gators come back into the picture; after losing three straight to Todd Golden's squad last season, Pope's only chance for redemption in the regular season will come in Gainesville. Yippee.
Georgia, who has now embarrassingly toppled Kentucky two years in a row, will also host the Wildcats this season along with the likes of Texas and Missouri, among a few others.
When it comes to the schedule reveal, the best among the bunch may be a painted Wildcat sawing the edge of the Tennessee 'T' off to form a fitting 'L' shape. It's hard not to love Georgia's caged bulldog and an "out of order" gas pump that takes a tongue-in-cheek shot at Texas' notorious oil industry.
Spelling a Slow Offseason
As the offseason chugs along, this bit of social media fun is a way to keep the fanbase engaged and motivated until fall finally rolls around I personally love how the school is communicating with the BBN right now; the recent schedule promo for Kentucky Football is another great example.
Yes, the wins have to come on the court for it to really matter. But this is a solid way to build some energy towards what will be a crucial season for Mark Pope and Kentucky hoops.
We'll win when we can; for now, poking fun at SEC opponents will more than suffice.
