That’s All, For Now

That about wraps up the recruiting update for Kentucky basketball so far. It’s going to be a wild finish to a crazy-stacked recruiting class, with Kentucky looking to form a superteam. If Kentucky were to pull in just two of these recruits, let’s say Bamba and Knox, here’s what the rotation would look like. We all remember the last time so much talent was on one squad. Let’s revert back to the platoon system:

1st Platoon:

Quade Green

Hamidou Diallo

Jarred Vanderbilt/Kevin Knox

PJ Washington

Mo Bamba

2nd Platoon:

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander

Jemarl Baker

Kevin Knox/Jarred Vanderbilt

Wenyen Gabriel

Nick Richards

Excited yet?

It would be farfetched to realisticly think that Calipari will land all of these names. Although, however, crazier things have happened. It shouldn’t be put out of the question that at least some combination of 2 of these players will make Lexington, Kentucky their home next season.
