Kentucky Wildcat Football: The Billboard Battles
Let’s stick with John Calipari for another headline. Coach Cal is on his satellite camp tour around Kentucky with the national title trophy along for the ride and he just stopped in Corbin. Cal again talked about how this is the Commonwealth’s team and that he will do two camps in Louisville and 300 kids will show up. Damn straight.
Kentucky basketball 2013 commit Derek Willis has been dropping lately in the rankings. He started off as almost a universal top 30 recruit ranked by all three ranking services. Now, he has dropped from 30 to 91 by Scout, from 35 to out of the top 100 by ESPN. Rivals still has him as 26 overall. I wouldn’t worry too much. Willis still has an entire season of high school basketball to play.
