This may not come as a surprise but Randall Cobb rounds out our rankings as the best former Wildcat in the NFL. Cobb has become an absolute star in Green Bay while catching passess from one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time in Aaron Rogers.

Cobb played at Kentucky from 2008-2010. The Alcoa, Tennessee native was just a 2-star product coming out of high school. In just three seasons in Lexington, Cobb managed to find the endzone 35 times in his career. Cobb set the freshman touchdowns record with nine scores in 2008. Seven of those scores came at the quarterback position as a rusher. Cobb would go on to surpass the 1,000 yard receiving mark as a sophomore while scoring 14 touchdowns. As a junior, Randall Cobb tallied 1,441 receiving yards with 12 total touchdowns.

We see the Wildcat formation a lot these days but the real threat in the formation came with Cobb and the helm. This athlete led the Kentucky Wildcats to three straight Bowl Game appearances.

The Green Bay Packers

Randall Cobb would depart after his junior season to be drafted in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Cobb was the 64th pick which belonged to the Green Bay Packers. In six seasons as the wide receiver for the Packers,  Cobb has managed to catch 366 total passes from Aaron Rodgers while scoring a total of 35 touchdowns.

Cobb’s best season to date was in 2014 when he tallied 1,287 receiving yards on 91 receptions. Cobb would be selected to his first NFL Pro Bowl that season after scoring 12 touchdowns.

Randall Cobb will go down as one of the best players in Kentucky Football history.
