There's an argument to be made that Florida should be higher than Tennessee on any list. They also haven't lost and haven't played in a game that ended up with a final score that is still close. The last game where they beat North Carolina may be their closest. They beat every team and did it convincingly. However, they have yet to play a ranked team, and UNC was their highest-rated opponent of the season at 30 in the KenPom.

Head coach Nate Oats and his squad are fighting their way through heightened expectations of this season and slowly gelling as a team. They have a ton of talent on this roster, but after suffering losses to Purdue and Oregon, the Crimson Tide have had to battle through the schedule. They did pick up wins against Illinois, Houston, and North Carolin,a but they are still shaking off those other losses.
