This is the name most Kentucky fans are familiar with as Jaxson Robinson played the last two seasons for Mark Pope at BYU.
Robinson is currently going to participate in the NBA Combine next week, but if he decides to return, Kentucky is the main program involved and Pope should do everything and anything to get him locked into Lexington.
Robinson was BYU's leading scorer this past season at 14.2 points per game off of the bench. The 6-foot-7 guard started just five games but averaged 26.4 minutes per game and was in double-figures scoring the ball in 25 of 33 games played.
While he is a very good shooter, hitting 81 3s last year and connecting on 35.4 percent from three, he is most effective breaking defenders down and getting to the rim. Because of his length and athleticism, he finishes 70 percent at the rim, where 19 percent of his shot attempts came from last year -- second most among his shot preferences.
He has deep range, with 16 3s deeper than 25 feet.
Robinson ranked in the 87th percentile in scorind off of ball screens.
The biggest value-add he would bring, however, is playing in a Mark Pope system for 66 games and knowing the ins and outs.
