Football careers don't get too much better than that of Dermontti "Dirt" Dawson's. A Pittsburgh Steeler from 1988 to 2000, Dawson was a stalwart on the offensive line. Not only did he play in 170 consecutive games, he also earned NFL All-Decade honors, as awarded by the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Dawson scored six All-Pro nominations in his career, on top of seven consecutive Pro Bowl selections. His reputation for being a roadblock in the way of defensive players was legendary. When people speak about the best offensive linemen of the '90s, his name is solidified at the top of every conversation. Getting elected into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2012 was just a feather in the cap of a Kentucky legend.
