Craig Skinner doesn’t run from challenges, he hunts them. And once again, Kentucky Volleyball has answered the call.

Despite two early-season losses (both to ranked teams, including one to number 1 Nebraska), the Wildcats have run roughshod through the SEC, stacking ranked win after ranked win while climbing into the national top two. The schedule has been brutal. The response has been elite. Kentucky volleyball is nearing perfection.

A run of pure dominance

Just look at the run they have been on in just the SEC:

  • 3–0 vs South Carolina
  • 3–0 vs Georgia
  • 3–0 at Ole Miss
  • 3–1 at #9 Texas A&M
  • 3–0 at LSU
  • 3–1 vs Auburn
  • 3–2 vs Florida
  • 3–1 at Mississippi State
  • 3–0 at Alabama
  • 3–0 vs Vanderbilt
  • 3–0 at #2 Texas in a signature road sweep
  • 3–1 at Missouri
  • 3–1 vs #19 Tennessee

This is dominance on every floor, in every state, against every caliber of opponent. They have won a total of 17 straight games.

Kentucky sits at #2 nationally, with two matches remaining, both at home, against Oklahoma and Arkansas. Win them both, and the Wildcats will:

  • ✅ Sweep the SEC regular season
  • ✅ Add another conference title
  • ✅ Lock in a top-four NCAA Tournament seed
  • ✅ Host all matches until the Final Four
