The Kentucky Wildcats have their 2025 football schedule in their hands and now know where they are going and who is coming to them. As it normally is, the SEC schedule will be a gauntlet. There are a few games we can circle and a few games we can cross out.

The biggest problem with this schedule is that there may not be an SEC win on the calendar for 2025 as the roster currently stands. It's going to be bad unless something drastically changes on this roster. Here is what the schedule looks like:

August 30 - Vs. Toledo
September 6 - Vs. Ole Miss
September 13 - Vs. Eastern Michigan
September 20 - BYE
September 27 - At South Carolina
October 4 - At Georgia
October 11 - BYE
October 18 - Vs. Texas
October 25 - Vs. Tennessee
November 1 - At Auburn
November 8 - Vs. Florida
November 15 - Vs. Tennessee Tech
November 22 - At Vanderbilt
November 29 - At Louisville

During the weekly previews, Kentucky was only featured once in the SEC Schedule Reveal Show. It was when Ole Miss was coming to town, and it came with a classic line, "Kentucky is the team that kept Ole Miss out of the playoffs." However, it only shows that the SEC is down on Kentucky and underwhelmed with them being a real threat in the conference. It was more of an "Ole Miss was tripped up by the Wildcats" tone than "Good on Kentucky."

The good news for Kentucky is that there are three straight home games before their first open week. They will get an extra week to prepare for the South Carolina and Georgia back-to-back. They get another open week before they finish the SEC schedule, starting with Texas and Tennessee.

The bad news is Kentucky sees all the best SEC teams. The start of their SEC schedule is all the teams that finished at the top of the conference. They don't see anyone from the SEC that finished towards the bottom of the conference until November going to Auburn.
