How to watch Kentucky football at Florida with & without cable: full streaming guide
By Mark Knight
The Kentucky Wildcats hit the road this week to take on the Florida Gators in Gainesville, Florida. Both teams need this win as they each sit at 3-3 on the year, and both teams only have one SEC win. Each team lost last week: Kentucky against Vanderbilt at home and Florida against Tennessee on the road. It will be a fight between the two teams, and right now, Vegas has it as close to a pick'em result. You'll want to watch it, and here is how.
When: October 19
Time: 7:45 pm EST
Where: Ben Hill Griffin Stadium (The Swamp) in Gainesville, Florida
TV: SEC Network
Once again, the Wildcats are on the SEC Network in the late timeslot. You will have to check your TV listings for the channel, which requires a cable package of some sort. If you don't have the SEC Network, can't access a TV, or would simply rather watch the game online, you can find a stream at ESPN+. You can find that stream here. This will require a subscription to ESPN+.
If neither of these options works, feel free to create a FuboTV account; you won't miss a game all season. Feel free to follow this link to get that subscription started.
The last three times these teams have played, Kentucky has been the victor. However, from 1987 to 2018, Florida did not lose to Kentucky. They won 31 times straight. Year after year, so many Kentucky fans can remember this contest as being very one-sided. Is this the year that Florida breaks the Kentucky streak, or do they work on starting a new one of their own?
A lot is on the line for both teams in SEC play, and each coach is feeling the heat of an unsettled fanbase. Florida will have to play their freshman phenom at quarterback and it'll be his first start of the season. He's talented but unproven. This is a big game to win for both programs, so tune in to watch on October 19 at 7:45 pm EST on the SEC Network.
