The Kentucky men's basketball team will take their undefeated season on the road for the first true road game against the Clemson Tigers. They played another road game at a neutral site against the Duke Blue Devils in the State Farm Champions Classic. They won that game 77-72. However, that game was in Atlanta, Georgia, and neither team's home stadium. That won't be the case this week as they head on the road to Littlejohn Coliseum in Clemson, South Carolina, to take on the Clemson Tigers.
How can I watch the game?
Who: Clemson Tigers
When: 9:30 pm EST on December 3rd
Where: Littlejohn Coliseum, Clemson, South Carolina
TV: ESPN
This will be a tough road test for the Kentucky Wildcats, as the Clemson Tigers have a very good squad this year. The Tigers have started the year 7-1 and 5-0 at home. Their only loss was to the Boise State Broncos. As of this writing, ESPN BPI has this game as essentially a coin flip, with Clemson favored to win by 50.2%.
This game starts late into the evening because of the "challenge" that Kentucky and Clemson are participating in. It is called the "SEC/ACC Men's Challenge Presented by Continental Tire," in which SEC and ACC teams are paired up against each other and play in each other's stadiums. This occurs yearly, and teams change where and who they play. Kentucky vs. Clemson is the final game of the December 3rd day, and it will air after the Syracuse vs. Tennessee game that is in Knoxville, TN but takes place on the ESPN main channel.
