One of the longest-running game shows in the history of television had a new winner in an airing from this week, Lincoln Billiter. If you don't recognize the name, Billiter is a defensive lineman who plays for the Kentucky Wildcats, and "He was the next contestant on the Price is Right!"

Billiter not only was called from the audience but also advanced past the price guessing portion against other players and competed for his own individualized prize. He did it by winning a "brand new car!"

Yes, it's football season, and you may be wondering how he was doing this and playing during the season. He wasn't. Price is Right will tape a bunch of episodes and air them throughout the year. This one was taped, according to Matt Jones of Kentucky Sports Radio, in the summer, which gave him the opportunity to go and play a beloved game show.

Billiter is a local player who played his high school football at Shelby Valley in Virgie, Kentucky. This is his second year with the program. He has yet to play any meaningful minutes in either of his first two seasons. However, as you can tell, he's big and strong, and there is hope that he will be able to be part of a wrecking crew on the defensive line in his junior and senior years at Kentucky.

Kentucky is hosting Murray State tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. EST on SEC Network+ or ESPN+. This is one of their final three games left this season. For Kentucky to make a bowl game, they will need to win out against Murray State, Texas, and Louisville. The promises for this season have all but dwindled, and many fans and even the coaches are already looking to next season.

While Kentucky's season tanked, Billiter's did pretty well in terms of walking away from his offseason with a fresh new set of wheels!
