The new Top 25 poll just dropped, and the No. 9 Kentucky Wildcats remained stationary, while the No. 12 Louisville Cardinals dropped one spot. One of those rankings will likely change after tomorrow night's showdown in the YUM! Center.

Folks, that is a great basketball week, and it is not even Feast Week yet.
Dan Hurley gets his shot at derailing the AJ Dybansta hype train early. Arizona/UCLA is always a good matchup for a rivalry game, even though there is no more PAC-12. Can Alabama beat their second straight top team after knocking off St. John's? Steven Pearl gets his first taste of a major matchup as the newly-minted No. 1 Houston will look to assert their dominance. Texas Tech and Illinois should be a back-and-forth matchup of teams with Final Four aspirations. Creighton and Gonzaga may break scoreboards as two of the most fun offenses to watch go at it.
Oh, did we mention Kentucky vs. Louisville? Because yeah, that's happening too. All these rivalries and all these ranked match-ups is exactly what college basketball needs to do all season long. You can't really help your conference, if those teams are good or bad isn't up to you. But you can schedule nice games like these for fans and for the sport. These are the games that help you come March, much more than the buy games last week had a lot of.
