There have been some incredible Big Blue Madness events over the years, but this one will rank easily among the top. It was full of amazing moments, impressive displays, and deep talent on both the men's and women's teams. Let's break down some of the best moments and who won the skills competition.

There were only two skills competitions on the men's side and three (sort of) on the women's side. The men's program featured the three-point shooting and dunk contest. The women had a skills challenge and hot spot challenge that utilized the LED basketball floor to light up as they moved through, and they also had a three-point shooting contest.

In the skills competition for the women's program, they split into two teams: a blue team and a white team. The blue team was Georgia Amoore, Saniah Tyler, and Clara Strack, while the white team was Dazia Lawrence, Lexi Blue, and Teonni Key. The white team won that competition.

The hot spot challenge used the floor to award points to the teams as they made baskets from different places on the floor. There were three teams: Lexi Blue and Clara Strack, Cassidy Rowe and Clara Silva, and Amelia Hassett and Teonni Key. Key and Hassett won with a high score of 27 points.

Finally, the women's 3-point shooting contest was decided between Dazia Lawrence and Amelia Hassett. Lawrence prevailed with a score of 23, including a five-point shot from one of the advertising logos well beyond the three-point line.

The men's competition only featured the dunk contest and the three-point shooting contest. See those on the next page.
