6. Will Levis

Passing stats: 5,232 yards, 43 TD, 23 INT

Mayonaise takes aside, Will Levis was undoubtedly one of the best quarterbacks in Kentucky football history. The NFL Draft may not have agreed, but Levis certainly gave it his all at Kroger Field.

I mean, where do I even start? The man helped guide Kentucky to a 10-3 season in his first year on campus. Despite a good history, UK isn’t used to 10-win seasons, and Levis had a major part in that storied 2021 campaign. His 24 TDs to 13 INTs was one of the top ratios in the SEC, and the 2,826 yards helped the Cats have one of the top passing offenses in the conference, even with an equally good rushing attack.

Last season, Levis couldn’t keep it up. He passed for about 400 yards less and only had 19 TDs to 10 INTs. That’s still a successful season by most accounts, but definitely below expectations.

Regardless, Levis holds a special place in the hearts of Big Blue Nation.
