2-3. 528. . . 511. . 3-2.

The Kentucky Wildcats are arguably the best college basketball team with that nickname. But the Arizona Wildcats may also have a case, at least when they go up against UK.

The teams have faced off five times, with Arizona winning three of them.

Arizona also stands on a three-game winning streak, but the last one came back in 1999. They faced each other twice in the 1999 calendar year, with Arizona winning in the NCAA Tournament, and again in the following non-conference slate.

Kentucky’s last win against Arizona came in the 1993 Maui Invitational. Then, you’ve gotta go all the way back to 1946. On the bright side, they’re only one win away from tying the series back up!
