The  Season Is Far From Over For Kentucky Basketball

On the bright side, one thing this team has that a typical John Calipari is lacking, is a healthy mixture of returning players, upperclassmen leadership, and new, young, explosive talent.  It’s going to be difficult in the foreseeable future, but the Big Blue Nation must remind itself that we are only five games into a long season, and it is much too early to be breaking the Emergency plexiglass.

This team has not had a ton of time to become cohesive and mold into a well-oiled unit, and there is plenty of time ahead for these young men to become accustomed to playing together.  This Kentucky team is tall, deep, and full of potential breakout players — what they need is a fanbase, and coaching staff, that is going to remain patient with them, stand beside and behind them, and give them the wholesome Rupp Arena welcome that several others before them have gotten as we move on through the season.   Under the assumption that some small tweaks are made, and we start seeing some offense production in other areas of the court, things should be looking just fine.
