Stoops honored while Kentucky dismantles FCS foe Youngstown State

Venue: Kroger Field
City: Lexington, KY
Overall Matchup Record: 0-0
Last meeting: First meeting

Little did Stoops and the athletic department know when they scheduled the coach’s hometown school Youngstown State several years ago it not only would be nostalgic but also another reason to celebrate.

Kentucky will be 2-0, and very much likely remain undefeated after dismantling the Penguins. The ceremony to honor Stoops as the all-winningest coach will be quite emotional for everyone.

The Wildcats have struggled over the years when FCS schools come to Lexington aka Central Michigan last year.

But Youngstown will be no match for the Wildcats who will need to either lick their wounds from a Gator bite or be salivating after moving to 3-0 after this beatdown. Lots of players get playing time after Levis lights up the scoreboard in the first half.

Expect a pair of 100-yard rushers in Smoke and Jefferson on a hot steamy afternoon in Lexington as Kentucky moves to 3-0 on the season winning 55-17.
