Kentucky has just 3 regular-season games left but Saturday is the doozy

If Wheeler and Washington still remain grounded on Saturday the chances of winning without the pair again look seriously in question.

Kentucky will go to Arkansas for a 2 PM tip against a red-hot Razorbacks team. Bud Walton Arena is one of the craziest, loud and toughest venues in the conference. They have already knocked off Auburn when they were ranked No. 1 and now Kentucky comes to town.

Both Wheeler and Washington didn’t appear to be in obvious pain, nor were they wearing braces or protective gear that we could see.

Calipari won’t play them if they aren’t 100-percent healthy and ready to go. We need them in the postseason more than risking aggravating an injury on Saturday.

Arkansas (22-6, 11-4) sits behind Kentucky in third place in the SEC standings with Auburn on top. The Razorbacks are 15-2 at home this year and have won three games in a row.

Next Tuesday Ole Miss (13-15, 4-11) comes to Lexington for the final regular-season home game in the only meeting between the two schools this season.

UK will then go to Florida (17-11, 7-8) on March 6 to wrap up the regular season.
