Big Picture ahead is daunting but has big games to earn big notoriety
The schedule makers were not easy on Kentucky this season saddling them with consecutive Saturday matchups that have included Tennessee, Auburn, Kansas, at Alabama next week, and then Florida and Alabama come to Lexington the following two Saturdays and then off to Arkansas and Florida.
Sandwiched in are weeknight affairs with Vanderbilt, South Carolina, Tennessee, LSU, and Ole Miss.
There are cases for the Wildcats to continue racking up good Quad 1 and Quad 2 victories. You would have to think Kentucky has moved up to a No. 2 seed in most bracketology selections. There is no reason they can’t be a No. 1 seed come tournament time.
Kentucky returns to SEC play, where their 6-2 record is two games behind Auburn. The Wildcats will host Vanderbilt on Wednesday with a 7 pm EST tip on the SEC Network.
