Kentucky will relish the win for tonight but its time to prepare for Athens

Kentucky will enjoy the victory tonight as well as Big Blue Nation, but it will be quickly back to work on Sunday getting ready to take on Georgia.

Stoops only alluded to the Dawgs briefly afterward.

"“I just discussed it briefly, enjoy it for a few hours and get some sleep tonight and they know, punch the clock, come back Monday morning. Players, we can’t see them until Monday. So, they need to rest up, heal up, get some treatment and be ready to go to work.”"

Kentucky will return to action on Saturday, visiting No. 2 Georgia at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Ga. The kickoff is set for 3:30 ET and the game can be seen on CBS.

It will mark the first time ever that Big Blue will play in a game in which both their record and their opponent’s record will be 6-0 or better heading into the game.

Stop and think about that.
