Georgia point guard Johnson posses issues

If Scotty Pippen gave you indigestion watching Vanderbilt then Georgia freshman K.D. Johnson could give Kentucky an ulcer.

He just started playing two games ago waiting for his certification to be granted by the NCAA after playing at Hargrave Academy. However, once cleared he has made an immediate impact. The 6-foot-0 speedster drives, dishes, shoots and runs the transition well for the Bulldogs.

Johnson dropped in 21 points, the third-most ever by a freshman in his Georgia debut, grabbed seven rebounds and added four steals, two assists, and two blocked shots against Auburn.  Then against Ole Miss, he lit it up with 14 points on 5 of 8 shooting (including 4 of 5 from 3-point range) and was named SEC Freshman of the week.

Wheeler can do it all and having been cleared by the NCAA is a player SEC teams will fear now and in the future. Kentucky can make a statement by slowing him down.
