A Kentucky basketball fan’s guide to the NBA Playoffs

Miami Heat
The big man from last year’s Elite Eight run is having a great rookie campaign. Bam Adebayo was drafted in the first-round of last year’s NBA Draft by the Miami Heat. The former Wildcat is having a solid rookie season in South Beach.
Adebayo was drafted a bit higher than most experts projected, but he has not disappointed for the Miami Heat. Bam is averaging 6.9 points and 5.5 rebounds in his first season in the league. Adebayo has also had some electrifying dunks thus far this season.
Bam and the boys go up against perhaps the most talented young team in the Eastern Conference in the Philadelphia 76ers. Ben Simmons has that team rolling and they’re going to be a tough out in the postseason. Miami heads north to play Philly on Saturday night.
