Knox simply reads his defender. If the defender trails on the screen, Knox curls and looks to get to the paint. If his defender stays high on the screen, Knox cuts to the baseline for a quick catch-and-shoot. This is a very tough play to stop, especially since you have to worry about the screener slipping to the basket.
