The Mountaineers are 10 point favorites and according to ESPN’s Basketball Power Index, West Virginia has nearly an 82% chance to win the game. But games are not played on paper and this Kentucky basketball team has enough talent to compete with any team in the country.

West Virginia has lost 3 of their last 4 games. The Cats haven’t faired much better of late, losing 2 of their last 4. Saturday night’s contest could be a huge confidence boost for John Calipari’s young Kentucky basketball team. I just don’t know that the Wildcats have enough to overcome the odds on the road against the Mountaineers.
