The UK vs UofL rivalry, the best in college athletics, makes its way to Rupp Arena on Friday when the Wildcats go up against the Louisville Cardinals.

UK vs UofL is always a treat for the fans. With the absence of Rick Pitino and neither team off to a fantastic start, this year’s game seems to be missing some of the intrigue that it typically carries. Nevertheless, the game will no doubt prove to be an important victory for the winner when the tournament committee gathers in March. That being said, let’s look at three keys to the game.
