Kentucky Basketball: Which SEC team poses the biggest threat to the Wildcats in 2017?

Cuonzo Martin was hired this offseason to take over the reigns of a struggling program. The savvy coach made the best assistant coaching hire in recent history in Michael Porter, Sr. Porter recently was on the coaching staff of the Washington Huskies. The Huskies had their hands on the nation’s top prospect in Michael Porter Jr. who happens to be the son of Michael Porter. Once the Huskies’ Lorenzo Romar was relieved of his coaching duties, Porter was released of his letter of intent and now will be a Missouri Tiger. The tigers have the Nation’s eighth best recruiting class of 2017. Although the pieces around Porter aren’t spectacular, there is a good core of athletes there to help him win basketball games.

Missouri has a lot of hype surrounding their program. I look for them to be much improved as they were just before they entered the SEC.
