3. Sean Miller (Arizona)

The brother of Archie Miller makes our list at number three. Sean Miller has been the head man at Arizona for eight seasons. Miller has made a name for himself as Arizona has exhibited recent success on the court. The Pennsylvania native has led the West Coast Wildcats to six NCAA Tournaments in his tenure at Arizona including three Elite Eight appearances. Miller definitely has the coaching resume to be successful at a success-driven program like Kentucky.

As a recruiter, Miller has managed to land many top tier prep prospects in his time at Arizona. Recruiting is the base of today’s college game. The talent levels consistent with today’s top prospects are insanely driven by NBA aspirations. Miller will need to be able to continue to lure top names to Lexington. He should have no issue with this aspect of coaching at Kentucky. As the Kentucky Basketball head coach, one needs to be able to endure the attention and spotlight as well. The thing that may steer Sean Miller away from the job is the pressure that is put on the leader of the Big Blue Nation.
