As Kentucky Basketball’s sweetheart, undersized Tyler Ulis rounds out our countdown as the best to wear No. 3. Ulis comes out on top after spending two seasons donning the blue and white in Lexington. In his Kentucky Basketball career, Tyler Ulis averaged 11.3 point per game. That is after splitting time with Andrew Harrison in his freshman season during the Platoon 38-1 season.

In his sophomore year is when Ulis truly shined. The 2015-16 SEC Player of the Year averaged 17.3 points and seven assists throughout the season. He finished his final season as the SEC Defensive player of the Year, an All-SEC Participant, and the SEC Tournament MVP. Those awards also landed Ulis as a consensus first team All-American. After just two seasons in Lexington, Ulis finished in the top 10 as Kentucky’s leader in assists. Tyler Ulis passed John Wall as the single season assists leader in school history with 246 assist in his sophomore campaign. Ulis dished out a career high 14 assists against LSU on March 3, 2016.

Ulis went on to be drafted in the Second round of the 2016 NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns. Tyler Ulis is currently making his presence known in the NBA on the young Kentucky Alumni littered Suns.
