The season may be over, but it is never too late to get a jump on the next stars that will dawn a Kentucky Basketball jersey next season.

Calipari has become known for pushing talent through to the NBA year in and year out. As we await the decisions of the current Wildcats, were going to take a look at some of the top talent that will be coming in. We get to see them in action this week as they will participate in the McDonald’s All-American Festivities.

The McDonald’s All-American Participants

Four future Wildcats will make the trip to Chicago’s United Theater to play in the most prestigious All-America game in the land.

The game will be highlighted by Kentucky-bound talent yet again as the Cats boast the greatest number of committed recruits in the game. There are still a number of recruits that have yet to commit to a school including two Kentucky targets. Mohamed Bamba, and Kevin Knox are both targets for John Calipari’s staff. Likewise, Calipari may need one of the two to supplement a possible mass exodus of roster spots next season.

Keep an eye on Knox and Bamba as they may be rocking Kentucky blue next season as well.

Game Specifics

The PowerAde JamFest will kick off tonight with the Dunk Contest and Three Point Shootout. The rest of the schedule looks to include a media day session and practice tomorrow, March 28. Additionally, the 40th annual McDonald’s All-American game will tip-off at 7:00pm ET on ESPN. The game will be held in the United Theater in Chicago, Illinois.

Next: Dear Derek and Dominique, thank you for being you.

Wildcats fans can expect some fireworks as the next generation of Calipari Recruits are set to join the team this summer. And, keep in mind, these guys will team up with Hamidou Diallo as well.
