Potatoes must be a favorite for Kentucky Basketball fans. Potato Wedges come in as the eighth most ordered food in Lexington before a Cats win. Wedges are ordered 35% more on days the Wildcats win thier game than if they had lost.

Potato Wedges are probably one of the greatest finger foods of all time. First of all, potatoes are awesome. Second of all, who wants to eat a ton of french friest when you can get the same amount of potato in just a few wedges. The crispy, crunchy fried outside and the soft inside make for a great appetizer at a restaurant. They also go with just about any main entree dish. Steak, burgers, pizza, chicken wings, or fish are all complimentary to potato wedges.

Where in Lexington are the best potato wedges? Give us a shoutout on Twitter or Facebook letting us know? We love wedges at WBN.
