Let’s just cut to the chase. Potato skins are awesome. Its pretty much a baked potato, hulled out, with copious amounts of cheese and bacon thrown in there. Who doesn’t love anything covered in cheese and bacon? Apparently, Kentucky Basketball fans head out to dinner on game days and have themselves a little appetizer with potato skins before a big win.

Potato skins are ordered 18% more of the time on winning game days than on losing game days.

We would like to hear from the Big Blue Nation about where the best potato skins in town are located. Is it Cheddar’s, Texas Road House, or Malone’s? Or is it somewhere else?

Either way, if you decide to head out to eat this Friday night, order up some potato skins and give the Cats an 18% better chance to pull out the win to send them to the Elite Eight.
