The Kentucky Tight End was drafted in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL Draft. He was selected as the 127th overall pick by the Indianapolis Colts. While in Indianapolis, Tamme caught 92 passes with five touchdowns from future Hall of Fame Quarterback, Peyton Manning.

Tamme made his move to the Denver Broncos in 2012. There, Tamme racked up 848 yards on 86 receptions and 5 touchdowns. Tamme played for three seasons in the Mile High City as his quarterback, once again, was Peyton Manning.
