March 4: Kentucky ends regular season on 8-game winning streak

"Blew up and I’m in the city still, I’m still here, dawg"

That Florida loss lingered over Kentucky fans for a couple weeks. The Wildcats were winning games, but none of them convincingly. Over the next month, Kentucky would start several games slowly, facing large deficits to get back in games.

Nail biters aside, Kentucky secured its eighth consecutive win at Texas A&M and the longest winning streak of the regular season.

Fans have been on pins and needles lately. Frustration has been building as the team escapes bad loss after bad loss. But Kentucky is still here on a winning streak heading into the SEC Tournament. There can’t be a more appropriate Drake song than “Still Here” to to describe the Comeback Cats over the last month.
