Nov. 15: Kentucky Basketball defeats Michigan State 69-48

For many fans, the Champions Classic is the unofficial kick-off to the college basketball season. The blue bloods of the sport take turns sparring each year, and in 2016, Kentucky was set to face Michigan State in a top 15 matchup.

By the end of the game, the Wildcats were running away with it. Despite Michigan State’s injuries and tough schedule disadvantages, many Kentucky fans got on their high horse after the win. And when you’re ready to stick your chest out, there aren’t many bangers like Drake’s “Energy.”

This song comes from “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late,” easily Drake’s cockiest album. Those songs are perfect for when you’re feelin’ yourself, as Big Blue Nation clearly was. With that in mind, no one should be surprised by the next song.
