A Man Possessed

Jordan Jones’ 2016 season served as an eye opener for fans of Kentucky Football. Leading the Wildcat defense with 109 total tackles gave Jones the nod as one of the top defensive players in the SEC.

The Youngstown, Ohio native tallied 79 solo tackles which led the SEC. Jordan Jones’ performance on the field earned him All-SEC second team honors. Jones also capped off the season with a total of four sacks. This Kentucky defense is just not as good without the sophomore on the field.

The game seems so smooth when Jones is on the field. Fans could guarantee, that no matter where the football may be, Jones was right there making plays. Kentucky will look for Jones to have a monster season in 2017 as they make a push to win the SEC East. At 6-foot-2 and 220 pounds, Jones packs a punch on defense. The Cats will need a huge season from the Junior to be as we may not see a Senior season out of the linebacker. Jones is going to make a lot of money tackling people in the NFL.
