7. You Will Do What it Takes to Watch March Madness

Even if it’s not the Kentucky Wildcats, you’re going to watch the March Madness games.

Whether that means you’re sitting at work watching them on your computer with different browsers open and watching four at a time. Or whether you have four TV’s set up in your living room. March trumps everything for Kentucky fans. And heaven forbid a Kentucky game be on during work or school hours. Might as well take the month off because production isn’t going to happen.

Even if the Wildcats have been knocked out of the tournament, which by the recent history, takes a while, you’re going to watch the games and pull against someone. This goes back to Kentucky fans living and breathing basketball. It’s more than just a game, it’s more than just the Wildcats, it’s a lifestyle that some fan bases just don’t get.

March is your favorite month, and your employer probably hates that. But, you’re going to do whatever it takes to watch March Madness and I respect that.
