Alvin “Bud” Dupree still has the Kentucky Wildcats on his mind and his life after football. Dupree will not have a long absence, but will be in Lexington this Saturday for graduation.
In recruiting news a new name has surfaced for the Kentucky Wildcats. LaGerald Vick, orginally a SMU commit has re-opened his recruitment and the Cats are on his radar.
The 6-5 shooting guard would be a nice addition to the lack of depth, and could slide into the three spot of the rotation. Kentucky, Kansas, and Kansas State will all get visits from the former Larry Brown commit. Vick is currently in the class of 2016, but could reclassify to the 2015 class soon.
"When Vick committed to SMU he was expected to take a prep year, thus pushing him into the Class of 2016. But with his decision to reopen his recruitment, it was also reported that Vick is considering a move back into the 2015 class. That would make him an intriguing prospect for all three programs he’s scheduled to visit, as each could use another body in its perimeter rotation."

One of the Kentucky Wildcats favorite NBA players John Wall took the 2015 NBA Playoffs by storm this season. Leading his team to a 5-0 record to start the playoffs. Unfortunately, in game 1 versus the Atlanta Hawks, Wall took a tumble and now his left hand is very swollen.
There have been no reports on if John will be able to suit up for game 3 in Washington. If not… the Wizards will need a miracle to get past Hawks. John Wall has a heavy heart about his injury.
"“I knew when I fell on it,” Wall said earlier this week. “You never know when you’ve got a lot of energy and power going down on the ground, so I thought I broke it. Kind of the same type of injury.”"
"Wall refused to accept the initial diagnosis of a “real, real bad sprain” after X-rays immediately following the game were negative. According to a person with knowledge of the situation, Wall clashed with team medical staffers before sitting out Tuesday because he felt something more serious had caused his hand to explode. After a few days of confusion and concern, Wall got the confirmation of bone fractures that he never really wanted, leaving fans of the team with broken hearts."
