You can’t blame Kentucky Wildcats football fans to be a bit nervous about South Carolina offering OL commit Drake Jackson. It’s only natural that other team come after Kentucky’s recruits, but Jackson is 100% committed to UK.
"Jackson tweeted Tuesday night that he is “all in” with UK for the class of 2016. The Woodford County offensive lineman is UK’s highest-ranked commitment for next year, and he has said that he would like to take on the “Drew Barker role” of recruiting other top prospects to Lexington. Barker helped UK bring in one of the most celebrated recruiting classes in the program’s history in 2014. Jackson also had scholarship offers from Ohio State, Alabama and Tennessee before committing to the Wildcats in December."

Mark Stoops continued his recruiting onslaught in the state of Florida on Tuesday and offered a pair of teammates.
"Kentucky has continued their ransack of Florida their week with two new offers to Fort Pierce (Fla.) Central teammatesGreg Simmons (6-foot-2, 225) and Anthony Knighton (6-foot-5, 220) according to 247Sports’ Chris Nee. For Knighton, the Wildcats were the first program to extend an offer. Simmons has early offers from Miami, South Florida and Maryland. Currently considered the nation’s No. 27 inside linebacker by 247Sports, Simmons has a rating of 83. There are four early Crystal Ball predictions in favor of Miami. Kentucky has eight commitments in the class of 2016, including one from Ohio inside linebacker Roland Walder. None of Kentucky’s commitments are from the state of Florida at this time."
