  • With the loss, Kentucky is 5-4, 2-4 in the Southeastern Conference. Missouri is 7-2, 4-1 in the SEC.
  • Missouri leads the all-time series is tied, 3-2, including a 2-1 record in games played in Missouri.
  • Kentucky will return to action on Nov. 8, hosting No. 8 Georgia in the 2014 home finale at Commonwealth Stadium, with kickoff slated for 12 p.m. with the game televised live on ESPN.

  • Senior DE/LB Alvin “Bud” Dupree started his team-leading 35th career game.
    • Dupree finished with five tackles, a career-high 2.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks.
      • Dupree ranks second in UK career history with 21.5 sacks, owning 5.5 in 2014.
    • Dupree now has 32 tackles for loss in his career.
  • Sophomore QB Patrick Towles made his ninth consecutive start to open the year.
    • Towles threw his 13th TD pass of the year and the 14th of his two-year career.
    • Towles threw 159 consecutive passes without an interception, spanning the last five consecutive games, before a deep ball was picked off with under a minute in the first half.
      • It marks the second-longest streak in UK football history, with Andre Woodson owning the record with 325 consecutive passes without an interception.
  • Freshman RB Stanley “Boom” Williams made his first career start.
    • Williams took a pass 32 yards in the third quarter, the longest reception of his career.
      • Williams set new career highs with 58 receiving yards on five catches, both team bests.
    • Williams rushed a career-high 12 times, totaling 39 yards.
  • Freshman RB Mikel Horton rushed a career-high tying 10 times for a career-high 62 yards.
    • Horton set a new career long with a 27-yard rush in the second quarter.
      • It was the first rush of 20+ yards allowed by the Missouri defense on the year in SEC action.
  • Senior DT Mike Douglas notched a career-high two QB hurries and now has four on the year.
    • Douglas tied his career high with six tackles, also collecting six tackles at LSU in 2014.
  • Junior LB Josh Forrest – a native of Paducah, Ky. – forced his first career fumble.
    • Forrest has had at least one big play – QB sack, tackle for loss, interception, pass break-up, fumble caused or QB hurry – in every game this year.
    • Forrest finished with a team-leading 10 tackles and two tackles for loss.
      • Forrest now has 104 tackles and 8.5 tackles for loss in his career.
  • Junior LB Ryan Flannigan made his second career start.
    • Flannigan had a career-high equaling six tackles, just one off his career high, and a tackle for loss.
      • Flannigan now has 1.5 tackles for loss on the year.
  • Junior Landon Foster punted seven times for a 45-yard average, downing two inside the 20-yard line.
    • Foster has had a career-best 22 punts downed inside the 20-yard line in 2014, ranking second in UK season history, and has 50 in his three-year career.
      • Glenn Pakulak holds UK’s single-season record with 27 punts downs inside the 20-yard line in 2002.
    • Foster ranks third in UK career history with a 42.2-yard average over 176 punts.
  • Freshman kicker Austin MacGinnis connected on a 47-yard field goal in the second quarter and is now 13-for-19 on the year and 3-for-5 from 40-49 yards.
  • Senior DE Za’Darius Smith, junior OT Jordan Swindle and sophomore C Jon Toth made their team-best 21st consecutive starts.
  • Smith notched a tackle for loss and now has 4.5 on the year and 13 in his two-year career.
    • Smith forced his third QB hurry of the year.
  • Senior FB Darrell “D.J.” Warren played in his team-leading 45th career game.
  • Sophomore NB Blake McClain broke up his seventh pass of the year and the 12th of his two-year career.
  • Junior CB Fred Tiller notched his first career half a sack.
  • Senior CB Nate Willis recorded two pass break-ups and now has three pass break-up on the year.
    • Willis had a season-high six tackles.
  • Junior LB Khalid Henderson broke up his second pass of the year and the fifth of his career.
  • Senior WR Javess Blue caught a one-yard TD pass in the fourth quarter and now has four on the year and eight in his two-year career.
  • Freshman DT Regie Meant had three tackles, his best game since a career-high four tackles in the season opener vs. UT Martin.
