Yes, the Tigers are 4-1, but it’s the fact that that one is Indiana. They lost to Indiana. In football. I just can’t get past it. But apparently the Tigers can and did because they toppled the Gamecocks by a point in Columbia. Russell Hansbrough had three rushing touchdowns and 10 carries. Marcus Murphy led the team yardage-wise with 98 on 16 carries. Their QB Maty Mauk wasn’t incredibly impressive- 12/34, 132 yards and no TD’s but they got the job done regardless. They have the week off to prepare for Georgia at home and compete to move up in the SEC East. I mean South Carolina did beat Georgia and they beat South Carolina so who knows what can happen.
