Following that heartbreaker against SC, the Dawgs came back and drilled Troy into the ground, so much so that this game resulted in the most points scored in a single game under Mark Richt. Was I surprised by the South Carolina loss? Yes. Was an SEC team bound to lose eventually? Also yes. I still think Georgia has a great squad, I still think Gurley deserves a Heisman look, and I still think Georgia will beat Tennessee no problem despite the Vols coming in well-rested off a bye.
