A non-conference loss in this conference will hurt you. Fortunately for Tennessee, it was Oklahoma and not a “cupcake”. Lukily for the Vols, the schedule gods blessed them with a bye between powerhouses Oklahoma and Georgia. We’ll see how tough Butch Jones’ squad is between the hedges next weekend down in Athens.
