It has been an amazing weekend so far and thanks to the folks at JBL Audio, it will get a bit better for one UK fan that helped give this team a nickname! All week, we have been tweeting team names and voting to find a winner of a JBL Pulse and give this team a proper nickname and in the end, I think we have found one that will make UK fans happy.

In reverse order, let’s look at how the team nicknames survived in the public vote.

#9 – BOYS TO WIN – 1%

#8 – THE CLUTCHABLES – 3%

#7 – COMMONWEALTH CHAMPIONS – 6%

#6 – L8 BLOOMERS – 8%

#5 – THE VINDICATS – 9%

#4 –  WON AND DONE – 11%

I have to admit, my wildcard entry was “Boys to Win” which one person submitted.  I guess there was a reason for it.

I really thought that “Commonwealth Champions” would do better as well due to the fact that we can retake the title from Louisville and we beat the Dirty Birds twice.

But in the end, I think you can blame Aaron Harrison for changing the course of this vote.
