The Harrison Twins will Make or Break the 2013 Recruiting Class
By Jason Marcum
The 2013 recruiting class is shaping up to be an epic class, and the two biggest pieces of that class are Andrew and Aaron Harrison. The two twins from Texas rank as the top shooting guard and point guard in the 2013 class. Their father, Andrew Harrison Sr told Adam Zagoria that his kids have no desire to stretch their announcement into May and that they would like to have an announcement on October 28, which is their birthday.
They’re still planning on visiting Baylor at the end of June, and also Maryland and Villanova during July. The family is unsure if they’ll visit Kentucky again, as they’ve already visited several times, including last year’s Big Blue Madness. Kentucky is the perceived favorite, and John Calipari is seriously banking on getting them. One of the big factors in deciding to play Baylor in Texas in 2013 was likely the recruitment of the two Texas twins. Here’s a recap of their recruiting profiles.
