Kentucky Wildcats Football: Where are they now?

Attrition is a normal part of college athletics and Kentucky is not immune to seing players leave the program, or not enroll at all after signing with the Cats. For anyone wondering, I’ve done some research to update fans on the whereabouts of a couple of former Wildcats. They are seperated by recruiting class.

2008Eric Adeyemi – Kent State-Starting WR at KSU. Has 3 catches for 31 yards, 3 punt returns for 16 yards, 9 kickoff returns for 161 yards.

Osaze Idumwonyi – Northwestern State-Currently listed as a DT on the NW St. roster. No Statistics available.
William Johnson – Tennessee Tech-Starting Safety at TTU. Leads defense with 13 total tackles.
Deaunte Mason – Alabama A&M– Starting QB at AAM. Has 524 passing & 155 rushing yards this season.
Sean Stackhouse – Tennessee Chattanooga-Second string TE at UTC. No catches, but has participated in 2 games.
Dave Ullinski – UK-Student Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach

2009Justin Bean – N/A

-Signed with Texas State University this winter and participated in spring, but not listed on current roster.
Qua huzzie – Murray State-Starting MLB for MSU. Has 7 tackles this season.
Demetri Merritt –N/A-No stats found, not on any current rosters.
Terrell Mitchell – Ft. Scott Community College-Started out at GA Military, and then transferred to Ft. Scott CC. Currently a JUCO prospect said to be favoring Nebraska.
Ryan Mosby – N/A-Had 10 total tackles for Stephen F Austin last season. Is not on the current SFA roster.
Ryan Mossakowski – NW Mississippi CC-Starting quarterback for NWMCC. Has thrown for 970 yards and 2 touchdowns through 3 games.
Donald Russell – Georgia State– Has rushed for 77 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Dakotah Tyler – N/A-Suspended this summer. Not on UK roster.
Jarvis Walker – N/A
-Left Texas State University in July to seek immediate playing time.
Myron Walker – N/A
-Transferred to Southern Illinois. Not on current SIU roster after playing there last season.

2010Nermin Delic – N/ASitting out the 2011 season, expected to reenroll at UK in January.

Josh Gibbs – N/AGave up senior season to focus on graduation and his new child.
Brice Laughlin – N/ALeft the team this summer. Ineligible, future plans unknown
Tim McAdoo – Itawamba CCEnrolled at Lindsey Wilson College in Kentucky before transferring to Itawamba Community College where he currently plays as a defensive tackle.
Elliott Porter – LSUTransferred to Louisiana Tech before having a change of heart and walking on back at LSU. Currently a reserve offensive linemen for the Tigers.
Jerrell Priester – N/ALeft team, expected to enroll in junior college.
Jewll Ratliff – Holmes CCStarting Linebacker for Holmes. Has 10 tackles and 1 sack so far this season.
Alex Smith – Georgia State
Listed as a reserve tight end with GSU. Has not recorded any stats.

2011David Washington – Hinds CCPlays Defensive line for Hinds. Has 6 total tackles thus far.

Nile Daniel – N/ADaniel reenrolled in high school for the fall semester. He is expected to join the team at UK in January.
Bubba Tandy – N/ADid not qualify to enroll at UK. Is expected to attend JUCO or Prep School.
