A ton of SEC football players make their way to the NFL. As a conference, the SEC is known for producing the best of the best. Kentucky Football has produced some great professional football players. As we take a look at some of the most notable Wildcats who are currently in the NFL today, keep in mind that this is only the beginning.

Recruiting at Kentucky has come leaps and bounds from the Joker Phillips broken era. Mark Stoops and recruiting coordinator Vince Marrow have upped the ante when it comes to landing big time talent.

The 2016 season is proof that the coaching staff has their wits about them. That was the first senior class recruited by Mark Stoops and his staff. We got to see a team full of Stoops Troops and that team went on to take the Bluegrass State all the way to Jacksonville, Florida as they earned a bid to the Taxpayer Bowl. It was their first Bowl Game appearance since 2010.
